Chef DK. - HEAD CHEF
Chef DK got his culinary training in Orrisa, India (where he is from) Having lived and worked in Malaysia for close to 10 years, he has vast experience catering to the Malaysian palate.
Chef DK joined Junior Chellapa as its executive chef in 2018 and spearheads a 5 man strong team in his kitchen, creating mouth-watering dishes reflective of the restaurant's motto, Where South meets North. He has created a unique blend of masalas and spices using ingredients both locally sourced and imported from India to give Junior Chellapa its individual character complimenting its décor and ambience
Brian - OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
A Malaysian hailing from Klang, Brian is the glue that keeps the entire team together. Under his watchful eye, rest assured, all your requests, comments and feedback will be addressed with the utmost professionalism.
His attention to detail and priority to customer service makes sure that you leave our restaurant experiencing satisfaction both with the food and service. Brian personally goes the extra mile to accommodate requests whether it be for a 2 pax cosy dinner requesting for candle lights, or a 100 pax requesting for last minute cakes, Brian will take each request and address it personally.
